The Management of Trafileria Punteria Ghezzi S.a.s., specialized in the drawing of wire, design and production of loose nails, assembled and staples by mechanical processing, intends to maintain and improve the health and safety of employees in the workplace, the quality standards of its products and services, while ensuring the minimization of environmental impacts caused by production processes, in order to safeguard the environment for the benefit of the community and future generations.
In line with its corporate mission, Trafileria Punteria Ghezzi S.a.s. considers Quality, the protection of the Environment and the Health and Safety of personnel to be decisive factors in maintaining and developing its ability to meet the needs of both external interested parties (Customers, Suppliers, Control Authorities and Neighborhood) and internal (Shareholders, employees) and consequently pursue the success of the Organization on the market.

The certification of the company quality system UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015, certifies the very high quality standards of our products, and recognizes the full company validity of an operating system aimed at the creation of high quality products, guaranteed by rigorous controls, selection of materials, continuous research aimed at product improvement.In this sense, the reference standard constitutes a precise guide for our work and allows us to measure and monitor all the factors that could affect the quality of the products we offer to our customers. The initial environmental analysis produced a generic picture of the environmental impacts, due to the activity carried out in our offices. This study has become a starting point for the implementation of an Environmental Management System, according to the ISO 14001 standard. The same initial analysis has also become a starting point for further investigations of various kinds: from the "Life Cycle Assessment" on the product to a study on the Emissions of "GreenHouse Gases". A constant work and commitment that represent the desire to bring the environmental issue within the company, read as an integral part of production. This favors a modus operandi centered on prevention and the participation of all those involved every day in the production processes. Once the necessary verifications have been carried out, the CE marking can be affixed, which guarantees that the products are suitable for their intended use.

For each type of connection system, the resistance when striking the head of the nail, the resistance to axial extraction, the resistance to bending and the resistance of the wire steel is determined.
